How do Payments to Partners work on Playo?

Playo Payment Flow

User Makes Booking & Payment
User books sports facility/service through Playo platform and pays the full Booking Amount via bank account, credit card, debit card, or mobile wallet.

TechMash Collects & Deposits Payment
TechMash (Playo) is authorized to collect the entire Booking Amount on behalf of the Company. Payment is deposited into TechMash's banking account after payment gateway charges are deducted by payment gateway partners.

Service Fees & Deductions
TechMash deducts Service Fees (as outlined in Engagement Proposal) and any other amounts due from the Company before calculating the Net Payment.
Weekly Remittance
Net Payment remitted to Company's account with detailed transaction report
Service Fee Deduction
Service fees deducted from each payment for TechMash services

Net Payment Transfer to Company
Net Payment (Booking Amount minus Service Fees, gateway charges, and other deductions) is credited to the Company's designated bank account with detailed transaction report showing all deductions.
Payment Cycle Schedule
Weekly payments for bookings from Monday to Sunday
Net Payment credited every Thursday of the following week
(or next working day if Thursday is a banking holiday)
Includes detailed transaction report with each payment
GST & Tax Information
Important: All amounts payable to TechMash are exclusive of GST and other similar taxes/surcharges/cess.

All amounts charged by TechMash will be invoiced together with applicable GST and other similar taxes as per regulations.
Monthly Service Fee Invoice
TechMash provides a monthly invoice at the end of each month to the Company for record and reference purposes.
